They never answer the phone so don’t bother calling…
I was calling multiple times to cancel an appointment i texted the business phone line to cancel an appointment since i couldn’t get through calling them, they told me by text messaging they don’t offer refunds on deposits which i paid $98 and no one said anything when i was making the appointment after i finished my session the girl who was making the appointment did NOT tell me anything about the no refund policy or any policy they have she should have done so when i making the appointment because that’s how it’s supposed to be in any med spa establishment right?? but that wasn’t the case here no shade to the girl who was making my appointment but it’s really just common sense to tell the customer especially if they are a first timer like i was myself as that was my first time in that med spa anyways the girl who did my service was amazing, the woman who was at the front desk when i arrived that was also at the front desk at the gym there not so much…

Hello all,
I booked a facial which was Suppose to be a 60 min…. in which they calculate 10 min to change before and after. So technically 50 min for the whole  process. I was reading what to expect and some said that once they put a mask technician gives u gentle massage on ur neck, shoulder or arms which I didn’t get. Actually I didn’t get any massage on my neck or shoulder.  it was only the face. I reached the room @ 2:17 and tech must have started by 2:25 and she was  done by 3:07. I am not sure but I felt that it wasn’t suppose to be that way….i should  have received  massage on my shoulder or arm while face mask was on for 10-15 min.

SpaFit provided an amazing experience! The staff were professional and welcoming, and the atmosphere was calming. I had come here for Hydra facials and microdermabrasion many times before. My face feels always refreshed and glowing afterward. This time was for the microneedling (Pixel 8), and the aesthetician, Mary Kate, customized it perfectly for my skin. Highly recommend for a relaxing and high-quality treatment!

Went for venus glow facial and receptionist was being racist. Proceeded with the facial and she wrapped up the whole facial in 20 mins even though it was scheduled for 1 hr. Saw no difference in my skin AT ALL!! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS
